New Connection Procedure

1.    Customer applies for private water connection at WUC front offices. Required documents to be attached to the application forms:

o    Proof of ownership (title deed/certificate of land rights)

o    Certified copy of Omang (Citizens) or Passport (Non-Citizens)

2.    Customer requested to come back or call after 7 working days for quotation.

3.    After receiving the quotation, customer  pays

4.    Water supply is connected to customer’s plot
