About My Meter Reading

Our meter reader will visit your home once a month to read your water meter. You will be able to identify them with their photo ID. If the meter reader can't access your meter they will leave or send a form which the customer can record the meter readings and send it back to us. Customers are also able to record and submit own readings to the Corporation for billing purposes. Enquire from the Contact Centre the conditions of such before submission.
